What is the Shreem Labs delivery process?
Every project follows five steps: Discover, Design, Build, Launch and Support. We confirm scope and price before work starts, build in one or two week sprints with a live demo each week, test before every release, and hand over code, documentation and training at launch.
- Discover. Consultation, requirements, risks and a written quote within 24 hours of our call.
- Design. Sitemaps, wireframes, UI design and technical architecture, signed off by you.
- Build. Sprints with weekly demos, a shared task board and code in a repository you can access.
- Launch. QA, performance and security checks, deployment, analytics and training.
- Support. Warranty period for defects, then optional care plans or continued development.
Which engagement model fits you?
Fixed-price project
Best when scope is clear: a website, a store, an MVP. You get a fixed price, fixed scope and milestone payments. Changes are quoted separately before work starts.
Dedicated team
Best for ongoing product development. You get developers, QA and a lead working only on your product, billed monthly, scaled up or down with one month's notice.
Monthly retainer
Best for continuous improvements, maintenance, HubSpot administration or SEO work. A set number of hours each month, with hours tracked transparently.
